Congratulations to the 2012 MCCA Super Large Varsity STATE CHAMPIONS!! Way to go girls!!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Everyone must bring their BAG and POMS next week to their practices for a pom check. We will be looking at everyone's poms and making sure everyone has the correct set. This is MANDATORY-Please bring all of the poms you have. Someone has two extra poms and another cheerleader has Abby Larson's brand new poms.

I appreciate your cooperativeness in advance!

Winter Season pictures are set for January 19th from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. 

Meet near the spiral stair case in locker bank area of the first floor of the high school.  

Please wear full uniform (shell, skirt, bodysuit, spanks, white socks and cheer shoes).  Please wear hair down or 1/2 up with crimson colored bow. Please make sure to look nice and bring your pom poms.

Please wear your warm-up jacket to school on Friday.
Meet at MGSH no later than 6pm! If you are late, there will be conditioning!

Please note the following meeting change:

The regular Booster Club meeting scheduled for February 7th has been moved to February 2nd. Meeting will still start at 7:30pm

Crimson Cheer Challenge - For those who are currently signed up to volunteer please join us for a very important meeting immediately following the Booster Club meeting on February 2nd. This meeting should start at 8:30pm.

Orlando/Nationals meeting - Please send at least one parent representative to the Orlando/Nationals information meeting February 2nd at 9pm.

FINAL FLORIDA PAYMENT DETAILS

There are a couple of items that are due in a short period of time, so please help us make sure that we get all these items complete so we can submit them on time.

Both the final payment and the medical forms are due on Tuesday, January 3.

The medical forms were distributed prior to the winter break.  They can be returned to the school athletic office, to Coach Nicky, or to Craig at the booster club meeting on January 3.

The final payment will also be due on the same day.  As we discussed at the last booster club meeting, the club will be collecting the final payment and submitting it. 

The booster club voted to use club reserve funds and current funds to reduce the amount due, for those families who are paid in full or up to date with a payment plan for their obligations to the club.  That amount has been reduced (please check your email for exact amount), and can be made via check or credit card.  If you choose to mail a check, please keep in mind that Monday is a post office holiday, so it would be best to bring the check to the booster club meeting.  Credit cards will be accepted at that time as well.  Checks should be made out to Crimson Cheer.

A big THANK YOU goes out to all 13 volunteers who helped at Cub Bagging last week. We raised more than we had planned for! So thank you volunteers. We hope everyone is having a safe and happy holiday season! The next Booster Club meeting is Tuesday January 3rd at 7:30pm, see you there.

Varsity Comp Parents & Cheerleaders: Your cheerleader was sent home with a medical form for UCA Nationals. It is very important that you fill this form out COMPLETELY and turn it in by Tuesday, January 3. You can do this one of two ways: turn the form into Barb at MGSH Athletics or bring the form to the Booster Club meeting on Tuesday, January 3. These forms will be mailed out the next day. Please do not tear apart the form and include all three copies (white, yellow and pink). If you have any questions, please contact Coach Nicky.
