We have been holding open gyms over the past few weeks and are looking forward to our final week of open gyms and tryouts coming up.  The tryout process is going to be slightly different then years past so I wanted to take a quick minute to outline what to expect.

We have invited people to join us for up to 6 open gyms and will close out tryouts with a final tryout day.  The final tryout day will have a tumbling and stunting section very similar to the open gyms. The coaching staff will evaluate each girl/guy, as well as keep in mind any outstanding things we have seen during the open gyms.  After the completion of the tryout on Monday, the coaches will determine teams for the 2012-2013 school year.

As a reminder here is the final schedule of the tryout process:
Monday April 16th - Open Gym - 6pm-8pm
*Please bring attached handout completed with picture.  This handout is important for the   tryout process.

Thursday April 19th - Open Gym - 6pm-8pm

If you are placed on a team, we invite you back for a Mandatory Team Meeting (Cheerleader and at least 1 parent) on Tuesday, May 1st.  More information about this meeting will be given after tryouts.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Don't forget we have our monthly Booster Club meeting tonight at 7pm to discuss this year's budget. Please attend if you can. See you tonight!

Make sure to check out the "About Us" section of the website for additional information on the upcoming Open Gyms and Tryouts.  We are looking forward to having Sideline and Competition teams in 2012-2013...but in order to have great teams, we have to see a great turn out for tryouts!

Don't forget, guys and girls in grades 7-12 are welcome to try out for our team.  We are also excited to have 3 different squad options.  Each team has different time commitment and finanical investment obligations.  With this variety, students can choose the best team for their family!  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the coaching staff at crimsoncheercoach@gmail.com

Don't forget our Winter Season Banquet will be taking place on Monday, March 19th at Rush Creek Golf Course.  Thanks to our booster club we have a beautiful venue to celebrate the achievements of the 2011-2012 Crimson Cheerleaders.

This is MANDATORY-Please bring all of the poms you have. Someone has two extra poms and another cheerleader has Abby Larson's brand new poms.

I appreciate your cooperativeness in advance!
